You can confirm your booking in our tour by paying a deposit of Rs 10,000/- Per Person.The balance payment shall be paid 15 days prior to the departure of the tour.Balance payment by Cheque will be excepted 15 days prior to the departure of the tour.If any body fails to the balance amount before 15 days, he shall be deemed as cancelled, and the deposit shall not be refunded.If we cancel the tour from the our part, due to insufficient number of passenger or any other reason then we shall refund the full amount of the tour, hence we will not be responsible for the cancellation charges applicable for train/air tickets.But if we are forced to cancel the tour due to the natural calamities like flood, riots, bandhs, strikes etc.then we shall refund the tour cost after deducting 10% as our service charge for making the necessary arrangements for your tour. Rules and Regulations are different for Special Group/Group Bookings. If the passenger wants to cancel the tour he shall have to make a written application to our office, and we shall refund the tour cost after deducating Cancellation charges as under :
Pickup from Pathankot station on Friday at 12.30 pm. (as per schedule of 12471 Swaraj Exp.) or 05.40 am. from Amritsar Station (as per schedule of 2903 Golden Temple Mail – Pickup Charge Extra) & proceed to Dalhousie.
Passenger arriving by any other train have reach at Dalhousie (at your own cost).
Overnight stay at Dalhousie.
After breakfast free at leisure, after lunch visit Rock Garden and Chamera Dam.
In the evening enjoy shopping at the famous Tibetans Market.
Night halt at Dalhousie.
After breakfast we visit Khajjiar, (If road is open). which is also known as Mini Swiss for a breath taking view of the ground covered with pine trees.
This place is famous for horse riding (at your own cost), film shooting and photography.
After lunch day is free for shopping. Overnight stay at Khajjiar.
After early breakfast we proceed to Dharamshala by road (7-8 hrs. journey).
Enroute visit Kangra Fort, Museum & 3300 years old Jain Temple (Punjab’s Sammet Shikhar), Night halt at Dharamshala.
After breakfast visit Bhagsunath Temple, Water Falls & Tibetian Monestary (Dalai Lama’s Temple) & later proceed to Manali. (12 hrs Journey.)
Lunch will be Provided Enroute. Night halt at Manali.
After breakfast visit Hadimba Temple thereafter visit Solang Valley (known as shooting point) and enjoy Ski Himalayan Cable Car Ride (at our cost), here you can enjoy adventure activities like Paragliding, Zorbing , Ice Ski etc (at your own cost).
Evening free for leisure or shopping at Mall road.
Night halt at Manali.
After breakfast full day visit at snow point of Manali i.e Rohtang / Madhi / Gulaba ( Till our vehicle can reach).
Rohtang Pass is situated at 13,500 feet above sea level here you can enjoy sledge car ride, ice biking etc (at your own cost).

After breakfast visit 5000 years old Gayatri Temple built by Pandavas.
After lunch day is free for shopping.

After breakfast we will proceed to Timber Trail /Chandigarh by road (12 hrs. journey).
Night halt at Timber Trail /Chandigarh.
(Group A) After breakfast enjoy Timber Trail cable car ride (at our cost). Enjoy resort recreational activities.
(Group B) – After lunch sightseeing of Rock & Pinjore Garden, Night halt at Timber Trail / Chandigarh.
After breakfast proceed to Ambala Cantt. Rly. Station by road (2 hrs. journey) and board your train 12926 Paschim Express departing at 12.35 hrs. for Mumbai with memorable experience of the tour conducted by Universal Tours & Travels.
Passengers departing by any other train / air have to reach station / airport at their own expense.
