Easy Cancellation

You can confirm your booking in our tour by paying a deposit of Rs 10,000/- Per Person.The balance payment shall be paid 15 days prior to the departure of the tour.Balance payment by Cheque will be excepted 15 days prior to the departure of the tour.If any body fails to the balance amount before 15 days, he shall be deemed as cancelled, and the deposit shall not be refunded.If we cancel the tour from the our part, due to insufficient number of passenger or any other reason then we shall refund the full amount of the tour, hence we will not be responsible for the cancellation charges applicable for train/air tickets.But if we are forced to cancel the tour due to the natural calamities like flood, riots, bandhs, strikes etc.then we shall refund the tour cost after deducting 10% as our service charge for making the necessary arrangements for your tour. Rules and Regulations are different for Special Group/Group Bookings. If the passenger wants to cancel the tour he shall have to make a written application to our office, and we shall refund the tour cost after deducating Cancellation charges as under :

Before 15 days of tour departure Rs.5000/- for per person
Between 10 to 15 days 50% of the tour cost for per person
Between 05 to 10 days 75% of the tour cost for per person
Within 05 days 100% of the tour cost.

Itinerary

Day 1Coimbatore – Ooty

Arrive Coimbatore airport & proceed to Ooty (3hrs. journey), In the evening enjoy boating at Ooty Lake (at your own cost).
Night halt at Ooty.

Day 2Ooty

After breakfast visit to Doddapetta Peak, Highest peak in south India (8642 ft.), Tea Museum, Tea Factory, and Centenary Rose Garden to explore the largest collections of Roses in India.
After lunch visit to Botanical Garden.

Day 3Ooty – Kodaikanal

Early morning proceed to Kodaikanal (8-10 hrs. journey), breakfast and lunch will be provided during journey.
Night halt at Kodaikanal.

Day 4Kodaikanal

After breakfast sightseeing of Kodaikanal which includes Coaker’s Walk and Brayan’ts Park.
After lunch visit Kodai Lake for boating (at your own cost.) Night halt at Kodaikanal.

Day 5Kodaikanal

After breakfast visit Pillar Rock, Green Valley View, Golf Course, Upper Lake View and Silver Cascade Water Falls.
